Victor Tapner’s first poetry collection Flatlands (Salt) was shortlisted for the Seamus Heaney Centre Prize and won the East Anglian Book Award’s poetry prize. He has also won the Cardiff International Poetry Competition and Scotland’s Wigtown prize. His latest collection, Waiting to Tango, appeared in 2016 from Templar. A full-time writer, he was previously a Financial Times journalist. He lives near London.
